| 1. Unless otherwise stated, shipment will be by UPS. |

| 2. Nuc orders will not be shipped. All nuc purchases are for pickup only. |

| 3. If the customer cancels an order without fault of Indiana Honey Farm, we have the right retain any costs incurred when the order was placed, if that cost is not refunded to Indiana Honey Farm when the order is cancelled. In some cases Indiana Honey Farm reserves the right to charge a 20% fee on a cancelled order. Examples of this 20% cancellation fee is Queens, and Nucs. |

| 4. Queen orders are shipped either UPS Next Day Air, or UPS 2nd Day Air, depending on the zone you live in. |

| 5. By ordering, the customer agrees that any shipping charges on returns not due to defect will be paid by the customer. |

| 6. Before an item is returned, the customer needs to send to email to Indiana Honey Farm to inform us that the item is being shipped, and the reason. The item must be returned in it's original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Indiana Honey Farm. |

| 7. Food items such as honey, creamed honey, etc, can not be returned, except by defect. Defective food products will be replaced, not refunded. |

| 8. Honey may not be returned because of crystallization. Honey will naturally crystallize, and can be liquefied with low heat. Honey products will be inspected before shipment. |

| 9. The customer understands that honeybees can, and sometimes do sting. The customer also understands some people have allergies to honeybees that can result in injury or death. By ordering either queens, or nucleus hives, the customer agrees to hold blameless: Indiana Honey Farm, any of it's owners, or officers, blameless for any damages, injury, or death caused by the use of these products. The customer understands that it is his/her responsibility to know of any allergies to honeybees, honey, pollen, wax, or propolis that they may have. The customer also agrees that any liability that may result from said bees is solely born by the customer. The customer agrees that it is his/her responsibility to insure that any honeybees are placed in a safe place where they will not endanger any person. |
